• Interest:  Provide Mortgage Interest Form 1098-INT for Interest on mortgage obligation incurred in the ordinary course of business. Provide proof of other interest expense on other debt obligations incurred previous to February 15, 2020

• Rent: Provide Lease agreements and proof of payment

• Utility Costs: Include Bills and Payments made for Electricity, Gas, Water, Transportation, Telephone, Internet and others costs as applicable.

• Other Forms: IRS 4506 Form Completed and signed
