How to Apply - Current Ponce Bank Customers
Fill out and submit a New Request on the secure portal
If you’re uncertain how to navigate the secure portal once you’ve clicked on the ‘Application Portal’ button above, here’s the steps:
Select ‘Commercial Loan Modifications’ from the dropdown menu inside the secure portal
Enter your name
Enter your loan number
Tell us about your request in the ‘Description of Your Request’
Create a password for the portal
Enter your email address
Click on ‘Submit Request’
You’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your request and within a day or two a Ponce Banker will contact you explaining what’s next.
