Step 1. Have your documents ready
It will help us process your account-opening as fast as possible if you have the papers ready. The documents you’ll need to provide differ by entity type. Please see eligible documents by entity type below.

Once you talk to our Contact Center, we will assign our local branch manager to process your account-opening. This way, you will always have a direct contact to reach out to if you need help in the future.
Corporate Documents by Entity Type
CORPORATION
Required for Account-Opening:
Certificate of Incorporation (Needs to be Signed)
Filing Receipt for the Corporation
EIN Letter given by IRS
Additional documents we may ask for PPP application:
Certificate of Good Standing *Good for 1 Year*
By-Laws to the Corporation (Usually Not Signed)
Authorizing Corporate Resolution
Secretary’s Certificate or Certificate of the Secretary of Resolution
Letter of Ownership Indicating the Percentages Owned by Each Individual Member
SSN, TIN or EIN of owners
LLC
Required for Account-Opening:
Article of Organization
Filing Receipt for the LLC
EIN Letter given by IRS
